What Is PROTX!!

Protx is a company we use to take card details for your order, after choosing your items and going through to the checkout you will then be automatically directed to a 100% secure site were you will enter your card details, please note all details will have to be inputted as they are on the card!! Once your card has been accepted you will then be re-directed back to our site.

Shipping To Ireland

Unfortunately we cannot send air rifles or Pellets to any part of Ireland due to the different laws.

Postage Costs

A postal charge of £4.80 will be charged for single items or multiple items under the cost of £30.00.  For multiple items or single items over the cost of £30.00 a charge of £6.80 will be charged this is to cover postal insurance with our courier. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery and up to 28 days for items that are out of stock.

Damaged in Delivery

Field & Gun must be advised within 24hours of receipt by the customer of any shortage in goods delivered. If no such notice is received then the company shall not be under any liability in respect thereof. Field & Gun must be advised within 24 hours of any damage caused to the goods during transit to the customer. The company shall not be under any liability in respect thereof if no such notice is received. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods on delivery.

Return Of Goods

Field & Gun will only accept Damaged or broken goods returned if prior notice has been given by phone, E-mail or letter. A replacement article will only be sent out when goods have been returned and inspected. All non damaged items purchased from www.fieldandgun.co.uk will only receive a credit on their account if the goods are sent back in its original packaging and unopened. Credit will not be given for used items. Please note we do not give cash refunds.

E-Mails

Please Allow up to three days for E-mails to be answered as we do get a lot of enquiries, Please allow longer if you e-mail Friday or over the weekend as there is no one in the IT department to reply.

Warranty

All new items purchased from www.fieldandgun.co.uk have a 3 month Field & Gun warranty the remainder of the warranty must be taken up by the manufacturer.  Any goods which develop faults within this period must be sent back to Field & Gun in their original packaging and will be repaired and returned.  Goods which cannot be repaired will be replaced.  Please note postage will not be refunded for warranty repair. Second hand items purchased come with a 3 month Field & Gun warranty.   Second hand goods which develop faults during this period must be sent back to Field & Gun and will be repaired.  If repair is not possible a credit note will be given. Please note these warranties do not cover misuse of the product or accidental damage.
Export Sales Out Side The UK

All customers purchasing products who do not reside in the UK will be emailed after their purchase to be advised on the correct shipping costs. If agreeable to the shipping amount on reply of the email your card will then be charged accordingly.
